Other herbal teas may not help to lower blood pressure, but they certainly won’t cause it to go up. If you’re a tea drinker, you’re much better off than a coffee drinker when it comes to high blood pressure.

If you want to have healthy blood pressure you might consider switching from coffee to tea. Tea contains caffeine but because of its other healthful properties it doesn’t cause an increase in your blood pressure the way that tea does.
