To juice or to blend? There will always be a debate as to which process is better than the other. You will definitely benefit from continuous energy plus they are more filling than fresh juice. With blending, you get to enjoy all the ingredients completely, with skin and nutrients. This method is great for those who want a quick breakfast every morning as blending is generally faster than juicing.
Clearly, both juicing and blending offer benefits to the health. If you are still undecided which method will work best for you, try purchasing a blender before you invest on an expensive juicer. It is much easier to clean, not to mention it’s more affordable.
